Tracy prides himself on conducting thorough and personalized research and customer service when working with clients and their travel plans.  Even though he may not be on the trip with you, Tracy is with you every step of the way.   Anyone can book their own travel.  But what happens when something goes wrong?

For instance: A few years back when guests were traveling to Las Vegas from Sacramento for the weekend, their flight was suddenly canceled--with no explanation-- just moments before boarding.  Panic among other passengers ensued and many were frantically either calling the airline, or the online travel agency they booked with, on their cell phones from the airport.  Our client made one phone call to us, and in five minutes Tracy had them re-booked on another airline to Vegas that was leaving shortly.  All was saved! 

Now don't you want someone like that working on your behalf?

Tracy specializes in cruise groups but is also happy to work with families for leisure travel, family groups and reunions.  He has experience booking family groups on cruises, handling any and all manner of issues, as well as at famous resorts.   Tracy's personal favs to visit are Europe and any cruise ship that serves up Guinness.

He is a Sandals Destination Specialist and has earned Commodore status with Princess and Cunard Cruise Lines.

Tracy also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cal State Long Beach.  Go 49ers!
