Wow! This year brings me up to 30 years in the travel business! boy time flys when you’re having fun! I guess I really started in the business while in college and arranging all those ski house rentals and college spring break trips. I found that I really liked to travel when my aunt invited me to Hawaii with a days’ notice. Well of course I wanted to go!
Since then, I moved to California from Connecticut and started to work for a travel agency. I worked in leisure travel and spent a few years doing corporate travel. For a few years I also owned a travel agency, when my son was born, I worked part time. When 9/11 happened, our agency closed its doors, and I got a job with Delta airlines at Sacramento Airport where I am still working until I retire next year-YEAH! I have stayed connected over the years by helping friends and longtime customers with their travel plans. In 2013, I joined Ships and Trips Travel, a great group of agents dedicated to quality service.
I have traveled extensively but am always looking for the next place to visit- I have a long bucket list and I hope I can help you with yours!
